Randy is a Dallas native, a graduate of Highland Park High School, and The University of Texas at Austin. His work experience has been extensive in the insurance industry. He worked for his family agency, supervising the sale of that agency to HRH, a national brokerage, now owned by Willis. His experience was as an insurance agent, Office Manager, and IT director at the family agency; Vice President of Administration and IT at HRH Dallas, CIO and CFO, and finally Corporate Compliance Officer at CoVerica Insurance Group of Dallas. He retired from the insurance industry in 2012 and remained retired until 2015 when he was brought in as the business manager for the English Law Group and for Jay English.
Randy has been married to Lou Renz for 43+ years. They have three grown married children and five grandchildren. In the three years of retirement, Randy did a great deal of volunteer work. Out of retirement now and working again, his main hobby is reading, working, volunteering, and mentoring
